Q. 표시되는 값이 미래 예측인가요?
A. 아닙니다. 본 서비스는 실측(관측) 데이터만 제공하며 예측 답변은 정책상 제공하지 않습니다.
"내일 수위" 같은 예측성 질의는 실측 현황 안내로 대체됩니다.
Q. 특정 시설을 조회했는데 데이터가 없다고 나옵니다.
A. 해당 시설이 HDAPS/KDM 실시간 수집 대상이 아니거나, 조회 항목명이 시설 유형과
맞지 않는 경우입니다(예: 댐은 "저수위", 하천 관측소는 "수위"). 시설명과 항목을 바꿔
다시 질문해 주시거나 위 이메일로 문의해 주세요.
Q. 가뭄·홍수 현황 도구가 안 보입니다.
A. 두 도구는 자체 판정 로직의 현업 검증이 끝난 뒤 순차 공개될 예정입니다. 현재는
저수율·유입량·방류량 등 실측 시계열 조회로 가뭄·홍수 상황을 직접 확인하실 수 있습니다.
Q. 그래프(위젯)가 안 뜨거나 예전 모습 그대로 보입니다.
A. ChatGPT가 커넥터 등록 시점의 화면을 캐시하는 경우가 있습니다. 커넥터를 한 번
삭제 후 재연결하면 최신 버전으로 갱신됩니다.

Q. Are the values shown future predictions?
A. No. This Service provides only measured (observed) data and does not provide predictive
answers as a matter of policy. Predictive queries (e.g., "tomorrow's water level") are
answered with current measured status instead.
Q. I queried a specific facility but got no data.
A. Either the facility is not a real-time HDAPS/KDM collection target, or the requested item
name doesn't match the facility type (e.g., dams use "저수위/reservoir level" while river
gauges use "수위/water level"). Please try a different facility name or item, or contact us
at the email above.
Q. Why don't I see the drought/flood status tools?
A. These two tools are pending internal validation of their own classification logic and
will be released in a later phase. In the meantime, you can check drought/flood conditions
directly via real-time storage rate, inflow, and discharge time-series data.
Q. The chart (widget) doesn't show up or still looks like an old version.
A. ChatGPT sometimes caches the screen from when the connector was registered. Removing and
reconnecting the connector once will refresh it to the latest version.
